tech (acting as developer and manufacturing communication-bridge)

Electronics manufacturing
Prototypes are assembled and evaluated inhouse (reflow or by hand and microscope). Volume production is done by subcontractors with focus on production. I have subcontractors capable of production in both small and large volumes. Drawings and data for manufacturing is produced by me and communicated with the manufacturer.
Mechanics design and manufacturing
As power electronics is highly depending on component cooling I also help companies with 2D/3D CAD and mechanical integration during the electronics design phase. Also other mechanical parts beyond cooling purposes can be designed and manufactured from single pieces to large volumes. 3D printing is made inhouse for rough evaluation and volume manufacturing is made by subcontractors with focus on metal CNC processing or plastic molding. I have both Swedish and Asian subcontractors for this. Drawings and data for manufacturing is produced by me and communicated with the subcontractor.
I also have subcontractors making steel-sheet laser cutting, bending and surface treatment. Drawings and data for manufacturing is produced by me and communicated with the subcontractor.
